Orders & delivery
Order by 1pm Monday–Friday and in-stock items are dispatched the same working day. Orders go out on a 48-hour tracked service, so they normally arrive within two working days of dispatch. Delivery is free on orders over £45.
You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. You can also see every order, with its current status, under Orders in your account.
Products & fitting

Returns & refunds
Unwanted or unsuitable items can be returned within 30 days of dispatch, as long as they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging with all parts, fixings and instructions. Return postage is your responsibility. Get in touch with your order number to start a return — refunds are issued within 7 days of us receiving and checking the goods. Bespoke made-to-order items, such as cooker splashbacks, cannot be returned unless we have made an error.
